~An infoZine about schizophrenia~

There's been lots of talk about depression & anxiety in recent years, but very little on mental conditions like schizophrenia... maybe cos its effects can be so distressing & debilitating that there's still much stigma surrounding it. So, i decided to make this infoZine on schizophrenia. A zine is an electronic magazine btw.

Do note that some parts use psychedelic colours & various visual effects which may possibly be disturbing. It was a deliberate choice on my part cos i wanted to use this design scheme to try & simulate how distressing & disruptive the experience of schizophrenia can be for those with it. But you may wish to refrain reading if you have epilepsy or migraines, cos i'm not too sure if it'll trigger these? (Pls take care of yourself!)

i also used the analogy of a TV to try & explain how the brain works in schizophrenia - with signals being stimuli from reality & the "power" level (which influences reality perception, cognition & function) being the amount of dopamine various parts of the brain are receiving. (i got the idea of a signal TV from a certain psychological horror video game which i shan't name cos idw to spoil it, but kudos if you recognize it.)
